A native of Omaha, Brian collins currently resides in Dundee with his wife and three young daughters. He was educated at Westside High School and the University of Nebraska at Kearney. After years in the business world, Brian dispensed with his corporate career to devote more time to family, and his true calling--photography.

Through his camera, Brian captures everyday objects and infuses them with an unexpected emotianl eneryg. In some images, he accomplishes this through motion and time lapse.

"Using motion in my photographic process is intriguing because I never know exactly what I'm going to achieve. When the image in my mind's eye and the image in my viewfinder match, that's where the excitement lies."
